Started in 1988, the foundry plant
currently occupies 12500 m2
indoor production area. This is a private company with more than 500
employees
and working in conjunction with a electric motor subsidiary. Currently
focuses
on ferrous electric motor components such as motor housing, pumps,
valves,
manipulators, compressors. Annual production is roughly 30000 ton of
various
kinds of gray iron, ductile iron and alloyed iron castings. Processes
include resin
sand casting and green sand casting (20000 and 10000 tons per year
capability).
The moulding process are done by both hand and machines depending on
requirements on casting structures, wall thickness and size. The plant
is
equipped with cupola and electric furnace and rolling, hanging and
tumbling
shot blasters.
Quality is
controlled using optical spectrometer, metallographical analyzer,
ultrasonic
defect measuring meter, furnace analyzer and temperature analyzer to
ensure
critical parameters are within optimum range. It is certified in
quality
standard: ISO 9001. It is renown as the ¡°leading enterprise for casting
export¡±, the outstanding supplier for GE Industrial System and Yaskawa,
also
the ¡®Top 100 Enterprise of CIXI City and Five Star Management
Companies¡¯. Its
other main customers are ABB, REGAL BELOIT, BELOIT, BALDOR, TOSHIBA,
EMERSON, CUMMINS
and BOMBARDIER, etc.
Ferrous Casting Capability
(Liyang Plant)
Started in 1972, total capital is 7
million USD. Current occupied
land area is 60000 m2 with 40000 m2
indoor area. This is
a private company with 500 employees with 38 technical engineers and 11
management staffs. Currently focuses on ferrous automotive components
such as
flywheel, covers & housings, shifting fork and shaft sleeve.
Annual
production is roughly 10000 ton. Processes include lost wax casting and
resin
sand casting in ductile iron and automotive casting iron alloys with 1
ton
medium frequency induction melting furnace, casting sand online
detector and
sand mixer. Quality
is controlled
using spectrometer, fast analyser, hardness tester, tensile testing
machines.
It is certified in quality standard: ISO 9002 in 2003, TS16949 in 2005.

Ferrous
Casting Capability (Nanjing Plant)
Started in 1995, initial funded
capital is 11 million USD. Current
occupied land area is 28000 square meters with 2700 m2
and 6800 m2
machine shop area and casting area. This is a joined venture company
with 260
employees with 20% in management staffs. Currently focuses on ferrous
engine
components (aircraft, automotive and motorcycles), hydraulic casting
components
and steam boiler components. Annual productions are roughly 800 000
pieces of
casting parts and 600 000 pieces of machining parts. Processes include cold
box casting line, machining center, drilling machine, honing machine.
Quality
is controlled using vacuum spectrum analytical instrument, CMM and
contour
measurement instrument. It is certified in quality standard: ISO 9002
in year
2000.
