Started in 1986, the plant currently occupies 11,200 m² land area and 4000 m² indoor production area. This is a private company with fixed capital of 0.8 million USD and an annual production of 3,000 tons, employs over 100 workers. The company focuses in forging components for industries in power plant, ore smelters, heavy machinery, petroleum, chemical and transportation. The operation utilizes open die forging and embryo lemma forging. The plant is equipped with (8, 3 and 2 tons) electrically operated hydraulic hammering presses, (750kg, 400kg, 65kg) pneumatic hammer presses, 6 heating furnaces, 3 (5-tons) single-beam overhead cranes, 4 horizontal band saws and 1 horizontal lathe. It is certified in quality standard GB/T19001-2000.

Forging Capability (Nanjing B Plant)

Started in 2001, this private company started with fixed capital of 1 million USD and currently employs over 120 staffs. The company focuses in high-pressure vessel forging, power station boiler forging, hydrogenation reactor forging, with power forging and marine forging components. The operation utilizes open die forging and equips with (3600, 1800 tons) open-die hydraulic presses, several sets of forging hammers, machining equipments, heat treatment furnaces and quality control instruments (see below). It is certified in quality standard ISO 9001.
